I originally thought three was overkill because I’d only ever bought puppy pads one at a time. After actually living with a puppy, it makes so much more sense. We keep one down near the door, one inevitably ends up in the wash, and there’s always another clean one ready to swap in. I’m not scrambling around looking for something to put down anymore. The actual pee was never the worst part for me. It was my puppy stepping in it and then immediately sprinting across the apartment like she had somewhere important to be 😂 Having a designated pad area has made accidents feel much more contained.
